Teens as staff?

Would you hire a teenager as a member of your staff? Why or why not?

It's depending on their maturity that would make the determination. I would also grade adults in this manner as well, since there are plenty of adults that have the maturity of a 5 year old.

True. I know some adults that act like toddlers going through the terrible 2's.
I'm the type of person to look at each individual case.
