Do you prefer using a desktop or a laptop? Why do you prefer that one?

Desktops are my preferred as battery life on laptops are something to worry about. Especially if you game on it and that battery gets drained rather quickly.

I have my own laptop. My hubby wanted me to get a laptop so that I wouldn't spend so much time on his desktop. Now I can be on my laptop as much as I want and my hubby is free to use his desktop.

@John-Pinero said in Desktop versus laptop?:

Choosing between a desktop and a laptop depends on your needs. Desktops often offer more power and are easier to upgrade with giving you better performance for gaming, editing, or heavy multitasking. Laptops are great for portability but might not match the same processing power.

This is true when it comes to what my husband and I do when we're on the computer. My hubby likes his desktop because he can upgrade it to fit his needs.

My laptop works well for me and what I need it to do.

I usually use my laptop because it's portable and convenient. I can easily take it anywhere, whether I’m working or relaxing at home. Plus, it has all the features I need without taking up too much space.
