Severe Weather?

What do you do during severe weather? Do you take any precautions? If so, what?

For us that live in Florida, severe weather is a weekly occurrence during the summer. When it rolls through we just keep inside until it ends in about 10 minutes or so. We don’t get tornadoes like they do in the Midwest but our tornadoes are extremely fast living and really don’t live that long. While they do cause damage it’s not as bad.

We're getting into spring and spring can bring some thunderstorms and the possibility of tornadoes. The summers here are just hot.

We had some storms yesterday. The power tried to go out yesterday while I was in the shower. It flickered several times.....almost left me in the dark.

It's amazing (in a sense) of the past several days with all of these storms that have been tearing through Tenn, Alabama, and others. The amount of tornados is extremely high for this time of year and there is still so more of the year left.

We get a chance of tornadoes this time of year. That's the reason my hubby hates this time of year.....all the storms that present themselves during this part of the year.
