100/100 #the100dayproject The final landscape of the project is done! It’s been quite a journey painting these quick little 10 minute scenes with a limited palette. My goal was to loosen up and paint more freely without stressing about the outcome, and I accomplished it. Along the way, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy painting big, bold skies full of movement. I’m more confident interpreting reference photos now, and I think I’m starting to let go of fussing over the tiny details. I’m excited to start painting larger pieces again! Paints used: Winsor & Newton Manganese Blue Hue, WN Cadmium Red, WN Indian Yellow, WN Sap Green
