Motivation requires disciplined and proper care for oneself. The process of defining specific goals and rewarding minor achievements enables me to maintain my drive. Exercise and meditation help me maintain my concentration. My well-being and organization allow me to meet my set goals as well.

I get my chores done and out of the way as quickly as possible. I will usually do them when I get off work so that I can relax on my days off and not have anything hanging over my head.
