What is the Best Platform for Short Videos

Short videos are becoming popular day by day. Tiktok introduced short videos and the tech giants like Meta and Google copied and implemented on their platforms. Now, we have multiple options. Do you create and publish short videos, where do you publish your short videos. Which is the best platform for short videos?

I would say TikTok is, but if they're going to ban it here in the United States again then I can't really call it the best.
Youtube Shorts are decent, but I think people might just use Bluesky once TikTok is banned again in the US. -
I've been seeing mentions of people using Instagram Reels for posting their short form videos on. Truthfully I've behind on this market and haven't uploaded one in over a year really. The last time I did was to both TikTok and YouTube Shorts, as I had gotten more traction over on YouTube. I focused a bit more on that platform.
