When I am working on my laptop, I'll have some music playing in the background to block out any distractions. Usually I'm listening to some type of classical music.

Listening to some music always helps in getting work down when I'm needing to create new ideas and future videos. I've been streamlining my tech stack in how I keep myself organized and using Apple Notes and Reminders have been doing the job just fine. Had been using Notion and Smart Suite but, I was ending up spending more time creating that perfect workflow, than I did actually creating the content.

I'm constantly listening to music while working on my projects on my computer. Heck I listen to music when I'm at work too! So I'm using either Youtube or Foobar 2000 to listen to music on my computer. I've also used Open Office Calc whenever I need to keep up with posting exchanges or content bundles I'm working on. It's their version of Excel btw.

My focus lies in finding methods which make tasks more straightforward and with lower interruptions. Todoist stands as a preferred tool for me to manage my tasks because it offers extensive customization options.

Zapier is my top preferred integration solution. The tool saves tremendous amounts of my time. Also, writing down tasks in a paper provides additional focus because putting it on paper help me concentrate better.

I use StayFocusd and News Feed Eradicator to remain focused while helping me maintain my direction. Trello has also proved to be an outstanding platform for organising complex task.
