haven't been posting much or wanting to make this post explaining it. my mom had been very sick with breast cancer and died on the 7th. it's hard for me to talk about it and i was scared knowing people would offer support and i wouldn't know what to say and feel cold because i couldn't respond to everyone, maybe anyone, and I'd feel awful about it.
i am off my state-allowed 1 week of bereavement leave tomorrow and apprehensive about losing my job, but trying to stay optimistic. i have a few days of PTO to ration when i need it. it's just been hard to reach out to people, i tend to stay to myself, well, always.
i don't know how this sounds and I'm sorry if i don't respond. thank you for reading and please tell your loved ones you love them
