Refund status: refunds for everybody who asked so far have been initiated. Don't know how long it takes until it shows up on your card statements, that's out of our hands. We are refunding ticket price + fees, although we are eating the cost of the fees.

Thanks all of you who wrote in saying they don't want a refund now, but instead want it applied to future tickets or "to rebuild", and all who said they will come back.
