Do you think video games can make a person become bad? Do you think video games can influence a person to do bad things? Why or why not?

There has been countless numbers of people trying to lay blame on video games causing ill within the world but, bad people have been around long before video games were even a thing.
The games themselves are not what causes someone to flip and do bad things. We would have to look at mental state, overall environment and several other factors.
