Anyone a #lawyer in #NorthCarolina ? lol Trying to figure out this #Articles of #Incorporation for #NonProfit and it's asking for a "limitation provision." I'm assuming that's you defining limitations, but I don't have a clue where to find this, what to write, etc. Anyone have any suggestions?
